Welcome to my page, I'm so happy you're here.

I am full-time doula and mama of two beautiful and fierce little humans. My story has been a journey full of laughter and love, sadness and trauma, growing and learning- and I would love to share it with you. Read below for more information about who I am, and how I came to be a doula.

When my first baby came earth side, I immediately felt called towards being a doula. I was constantly studying all things birth and postpartum and loved talking to anyone and everyone about it. At the time, this passion was nothing but a dream I hoped to one day reach. Then, when my second little one arrived, the natural pull towards my craft grew even stronger. The trauma I experienced during my delivery shaped my outlook on the birth and postpartum experience, and initiated my journey towards helping others achieve a better. My own experience in childbirth and postpartum pushed me further towards advocating for other mothers and families, and providing the support and care that I saw a lack of during my  journey.

The arrival of my two little humans opened my eyes, and allowed me to connect with my truest passion in helping others. After  6 years of practicing, learning, and cultivating my craft to reflect my values and the support I hope to give to the community, I finally was able to dive deeply into the world of birthwork. I believe that every person deserves support, and with that value I created my practice to prioritize and uplift the voices of those who are often unheard, and provide support to anyone who needs it during pregnancy, birth, or the postpartum period.

When I'm not welcoming new little beings into the world, caring for families overnight, or lending an open mind to talk to, you can find me playing in nature with my little ones or baking at home surrounded by my many cats

I am proud to offer sliding scale and payment plans in order to create more accessible support for those in our community. My practice offers free or low cost birth and postpartum support to teen parents, low income households, and marginalized groups.
